Yongbao EP has officially established a "Carnation Service Station," a dedicated space and program to support the well-being of its female employees. Initiated through a collaboration between the company's labor union and municipal and district union federations, the station aims to enrich workplace culture, alleviate stress, and foster a supportive community.
Launched in 2023, the service station is operated by a team of over 60 volunteers. Guided by the principle of caring for women's health, a series of featured activities is organized, including mental health workshops, psychological counseling sessions, and recreational events.
In a review conducted in late November 2023, officials from the Changzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and their district counterparts inspected the station's operations and development, offering guidance on activity records and program implementation.
The Carnation Service Station has become a vital platform for connection and communication among Yongbao's female workforce. By providing a secure and healthy platform for engagement and personal development through various activities, it empowers women employees, boosts their confidence and self-awareness, and helps them fully realize their potential as indispensable contributors in their respective roles.
